Inclusive Workplace (IW) คือ โครงการส่งเสริมการจ้างงานกระแสหลักของบัณฑิตและเยาวชนพิการ ภายใต้การดำเนินงานของมูลนิธินวัตกรรมทางสังคม ซึ่งได้รับการสนับสนุนงบประมาณโดยสำนักงานกองทุนสนับสนุนการสร้างเสริมสุขภาพ (สสส.) ช่วยให้บัณฑิตและเยาวชนพิการได้เตรียมความพร้อมก่อนเข้าทำงานจริงในองค์กรหรือสถานประกอบการ โดยแบ่งการทำงานออกเป็น 2 ส่วน คือ 1. พัฒนากระบวนการประสานและส่งเสริมการจ้างงาน และ 2. ขยายโอกาสการเข้าถึงการศึกษาและเสริมความพร้อมในการทำงาน
