Back for you: Accompany Eva zu Beck in the Turkish region of Cappadocia. The tufa stone caves in Turkey’s Göreme National Park, called fairy chimneys, attract many Instagrammers. In Avanos, Eva meets potters in their workshops, and in Ürgüp, she meets a women’s cooperative which serves traditional food.
