I have considered, off and on, getting a Focus to replace my 09 Crown Victoria, yet…for all the bitching (rightfully so) about the automatic transmission in these cars it is impossible to find an American road test of this car with a manual transmission. Thank heavens the British still buy cars with manual transmissions.
Just a small point though, I don't understand how bigger wheels can cause more road noise. Bigger wheels in conjunction with wider tires, maybe, but bigger wheels by themselves? Not sure about that.
I like everything about this car, but the space at the driver's seat. As 6”1 I had to move the seat all the way back to accommodate my legs and arms nicely, and in such a position the B (central) pillar appears at the line of my head, completely covering my side view, so if I wanna look into the driver's side window, I have to lean forward – that's no good

I have a 2009 MK2 1.6 Petrol I absolutely love it I would definitely be interested in a MK3 in the future
I have a Ford Foucs 2007 2 litre diesel but thanks to the shit may of London who is expanding the ulez zone next year 25 of October 2021 I will have to spend more money to get the 2017 Ford Focus 1.5 litre diesel I hope it won’t expand but if it does that’s what I will be doing.

Heard a lot about the 1.l ecoboost was looking to buy a Titanium version around 2017 following on from my 1.6 MK2 . Im concerned the engine would struggle and with the turbo there could be more wear in the engine. The one I'd go for would be the 125 bhp . Honest question is this a good replacement as would also need to add dash cam and rear view camera would these additions work on the tft screen. Thank you
